After seven years inside organisations from 30 to 60k employees, designing strategies to improve how they operate, I decided to merge my professional strengths with my personal interests. Since 2025, I work with creative professionals, and community-driven organisations: the people actually building culture and community.

Why this way, and not another? What's missing is often just the knowledge that an alternative exists. Does this task really need five copy-pastes between three systems? Is the spreadsheet still the right tool, or just the one that happened to be there first? Is it a second accountant you're missing, or thirty minutes of automation your first one never set up

With experiences in banking, sustainability consulting, and leading growing operations in small companies across Berlin and Zürich, I work with people to rethink how work gets done. Through clearer processes, the right use of technology, and practical systems, I help reduce complexity and create capacity for what matters most.
