Approach

Every business I work with is different, but the underlying patterns are often the same. Leadership making decisions without reliable data. Growth outpacing the model that was built for a smaller company. Strategy that exists on paper but has no mechanism to become reality.

I think in systems. I look for the connections between strategy, operations, and finance that others treat as separate problems, then design solutions that address the root cause rather than the symptoms. The result is not a slide deck. It is a business that actually runs the way leadership needs it to.

I also integrate AI where it genuinely matters — not to build workflows nobody asked for, but to give teams real leverage. The goal is never the tool. It is making sure the people in the business can do more, see more clearly, and make better decisions faster.

I started at UBS in Zürich, first in investment banking and then in wealth management, where I learned how high-performing organisations think about strategy, risk, and decision-making. That led me into sustainability consulting and working with growing businesses, where I found my focus: partnering with leadership to design the structures that turn strategic intent into day-to-day reality.
